1 All Beef Leon's Hot or Mild Link 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese 1/2 cup Onion, diced and sautéed French Sandwich (toasted) Mayonnaise & Dijon Mustard Grill (or steam) hot link. Slice lengthwise. Place on one side of the roll. Top with onions and cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the other half or roll. Cover and slice. Put in ones month! - Serves 1 Variation: use Leon's BBQ Sauce (mild or Spicy) instead of mayonnaise and mustard. |

1 Large Bobli 2-3 Leon's Cajun Sausage (all Chicken) or Leon's Hot or Mild Links (all Beef) 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped) 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup Leon's BBQ Sauce (mild or Spicy) 1/3 Chopped Black Olives 1 cup Shredded Jack Cheese Spread 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce on Bobli. Add in this order: Hot Link or Cajun, Onions, Red Bell Pepper, remaining BBQ Sauce, Cheese and Black Olives. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350° - Serves 2 |
